Share NJ 5K Race to Save Lives Through Organ and Tissue Donation

 


On June 12, 2011 more than 4,000 runners and walkers participated in the NJ Sharing Network Foundation’s inaugural Share NJ 5K Race to Save Lives Through Organ and Tissue Donation. Over 200 teams composed of volunteers, transplant recipients, donor families, hospital partners, college and high school groups and sponsors, especially our presenting sponsor Pfizer, came together and raised more than $450,000 in honor of those who gave, on behalf of those who have received and with hope for those who continue to wait. This video commemorates this special inaugural event.
